  • How do I see my Loyalty Points? You must log into your account on our web site and click the turquoise tab at the bottom of the screen that says “Loyalty Program.”
  • How do I earn points? You earn points for each order based on your VIP tier. Points are not awarded for the amount of any applicable discounts/coupons used, store credit spent, or taxes/processing fees. Points are not added to your total until the order has shipped. You can also click on the various tiles in your Loyalty Program dashboard to earn additional points and enter your birthday for bonus points.
  • How do I redeem a reward? You must log into your account on our web site and click the turquoise tab at the bottom of the screen that says “Loyalty Program.” Then you will click Rewards and select your reward and follow the prompts. If you redeem a coupon, it will display in the pop-up window, and you can copy/paste the code to your cart. The coupon code will also be emailed to you immediately. You MUST enter the code at checkout.
  • What happened to my VIP tier? VIP Tiers were removed on November 13, 2016 as we implemented changes to the program to allow all of our customers a chance to reap the benefits of loyalty rewards. All customers now earn 5 points for every $1 spent.
  • I clicked on the different tiles to earn but didn’t get my points. Why? The points credit and email is usually sent within 1-2 hrs. Be sure you are logged into your account and when you click on the tiles you must follow the instructions through completely to ensure you get the points. Each tile confirms your participation differently.
  • I entered my birthdate but did not receive my rewards. Why? You must enter your birthdate at least one month prior to your birthday in order for the system to award your points.
  • How do I see what points I earned for orders/activities? Following each event, you will receive an email informing you of the points awarded. Currently there is not a dashboard that displays this info, but we are hopeful that we can get one implemented.
  • How many times can I share on Facebook? You can share our products or pages on Facebook as many times as you would like. However we can only offer a reward for the first time you share on social media via the Facebook share tile.
  • How many times can I refer a friend? You can shared your Refer a Friend link as many times as you like! You will earn bonus points for each successful refer who makes a first time purchase using your link and 20% off coupon code.
  • How does the yearly reward work? We will reward you for every 365 days you are a customer for the first three years of your account with us.
